Big WW Challenge...
I leave tomorrow for a 7 day cruise..my goal is to maintain my current weight loss, as I've only been on the program for not quite 3 weeks. I am DETERMINED not to gain any weight, and have plans to hit the fitness center each day, not use the elevators and try to get as much excercise as I can. I'm going to try my hardest not to give into temptation and eat sensibly while on this cruise. Hope I can do it!

good luck! you might have an easier time doing core on a cruise than flex.

You can do it! Just pick one meal a day to have some "extras" and the other two meals eat as you would on program. I went to an all-inclusive in December and used the appetizer size plate instead of the larger size plate at the breakfast buffet to help me eat less. It really worked. Have fun!
