aunt flo question
anyone else feel like they gain 5 pounds the week before she comes to visit. NOTHING FITS RIGHT!! i hate it..anything you take to relieve it?

I can't believe you said this because I was just thinking this this morning.
I just started AF yesterday - today is like the first real day. I was in the bathroom all morning peeing - it was all the bloat I think from last week.
Not only do I feel bloated in the stomach, but my whole body just feels thicker - but for me it is most of the month (through ovulation, etc.). I only have about 10 good days out of the whole month.

about 2-3 days before I get AF I get bloated. my jeans fit a little tighter, but everything else is ok.

wow i think i only have about 7-10 good days a month now too. as i get older it gets so much worse!!
