Sinus Headaches
What do you take for it? I am havinng a major sinus headache since yesterday and I am still having it. What can I take for it? TIA!

SOme people get relief with the nasacort, or nasal sprays. There are also non-medication nasal flushes.

Spicy foods, hot showers and steam, and decongestants all work especially when combining the above. I had sinus problems for years before I got sinus surgery and that is usually what would help. Also make sure you drink plenty of fluids or the headache will get worse b.c you won't be able to drain.
The nasal sprays work two but they can take 1-2 weeks to take full effect. The above is only a temporary fix.

Advil Cold & Sinus and Sinutab work very well for me. but Sinutab can be hard to find.

I would stay away from too many medicated Nasal sprays they tend to be drying and can make it worse.
I use saline nasal spray, vicks, a humidifier and when I wasn't pg would take Advi Cold and Sinus.

I take Tylenol Sinus, a hot shower, nasal spray. Those work best.
Actually did 2 of the 3 today b/c I had a bad one!

I take 3 advils, hot showers, and I do use a nasal irrigation system called the hydropulse. It's like an electric netti pot. I love it. I feel like I am getting a cold and I have been irrigating for two days in a row and it hasn't progressed. I always get a sinus infection when I get sick and this should prevent it. I hope.... It also helps reduce the headaches which I get all the time.
