Slim Fast Questiong?

Has anyone tried the slim fast that curves your hunger for 4 hrs.
Im fine until the evening... I find myself looking to eat, snack around 8pm..wondering if this drink is good for me.

I used to have one of the meal bars for breakfast every morning. They don't curb my hunger any more than the old formula did.

I find myself hungry an hour or two after them.

I switched to oatmeal and only do the bars when Im running short on time.. there are so many artificial sweetners/chemicals in them that I'm trying to avoid.
