My dh won't let me take anything, he is so damn overprotective about everything that goes into this body of mine because of the baby!!!!

Yes they are fine to take, HOWEVER, they are made of calcium, and i was popping about 4-6 a day for heartburn and not drinking enuf fluids and i landed myself in the hospital for 5 days with KIDNEY STONES at 33 weeks pregnant!!! So eat em all u like just drink like a madwoman!!!! Wouldnt want anyone to go thru what i did... HORRIFYING HORRIFYING HORRIFYING!!!! 
ETA: My doctor confirmed that the stones were indeed calcium stones after they sent them off to the lab!

I had the same problem but only 2 months to the day PP. Please be careful with them!
