anyone ever use a neti pot to help with sinuses?
My MIL just told me about it and thought it might help. Has anyone ever used it before. I am taking a trip to Wild By Nature to check them out.

DH has. He thought it was very helpful. They have them at Target. It is behind the pharmacy counter.

they were just talking about this on my other board, those who have used it were singing it praises. Mostly people who were prone to Sinus Infections.

I don't think I could put anything up my nose I hate that feeling I can't even do sprays!

i bought one at CVS last year after seeing it on Oprah. DH and i use it often and it really cuts down on allergies and Sinus Infections.

I have one. I've used it a few times. I find it a little uncomfortable, but it does the job. I also am a "nose breather", which is not something you want to do while using the neti pot . I actually had to remind myself that I had to breath through my mouth
