Cholesterol question
I went to the Sister to Sister Foundation's NY Heart Health Fair on Friday.
They did screening for BMI, BP, & cholesterol.
I have a bunch of numbers they gave me for cholesterol. I'm assuming when people say "What is your cholesterol number?" they are asking about the LDL number??

Yup, they're usually asking about LDL, as that's the "bad" cholesterol.
