I bought my first...
maternity pants yesterday!! Not that I am huge but I can't fit jeans anymore. So I broke down and bought a couple of early stages pregnancy pants from Old Navy. I think the only thing different about them is that they are extra low cut - almost uncomfortable. But anyway I am excited!!!

The early maternity pants come in REALLY handy post-partum... I wore them for a couple of weeks until I could get back into my regular clothes

I started with maternity bottoms at 10 weeks....I was SO grateful!!!
They say when you go home from the hospital, to wear something that you wore around 6-7 months PG.
I'll be wearing my velour jogging outfit home if not plain sweatpants and a sweatshirt!

A friend of mine just lent me some maternity clothes - I have lots of my own but I lent them to a friend who is due before me and needs them more. In the bag she had a pair of those wonderful early stage maternity pants your talking about. All I can say is AAAAAHHHH!! I really only have used the ones with the panel in the front and these have a thick elastic band at the waist, what comfort!!! Im 16 weeks and loving these pants.

I am not sure how they work at all stores, but at Old Navy they come in x/s, s, m etc... and they tell you to get the size that you were pre-pregnancy.
