Love this Dip!!!
Spread out Cream Cheese (Philly Block) on 9x13 pan
Cover with Layer of Chili
Spread over Mexican Cheese - Use your descression
375 degress - ~15-20 mins or until cheese is melted!!
Serve with Tostitos Scoops!!
Enjoy!!

I do the same but I add a thin layer of salsa on top of the chili - I think it really adds to it.

another alternative is half a block of velveeta and one can of RoTel diced tomatoes w/ green chilis. Melt velveeta and tomatos together, and serve warm.
