Roasting Veggies- a healthier way?
I'm making a Giada Recipe for dinner tonight- Roasted Vegetable pasta primavera- but I'm upping the veggies, adding chicken breast and decreasing the pasta (and using whole grain pasta).
The one major "bad" ingredient is the 1/4 c. olive oil used to toss with the vegetables- do you think I could just use a few tablespoons? Or maybe cooking oil spray? Is the 1/4c. alot for 6 servings?

They make olive oil cooking spray, I use it alot.

You need that olive oil to toss with the pasta - otherwise everything will be like glue .........

Olive oil spray is good.
But you need 1/4 to toss the pasta or it will stay together. Olive oil is a good fat, just use it moderately.

I roast veg the WW way...spray both siides with pam, sprinkle with pepper, cook on 500 for 5 min per side. YUM
