UPDATE-How long did it take to....
get your AFP test results?? I had mine done almost 10 days ago and the doctor has not called me yet. I am thinking of calling him today but I am really nervous. I just want good news. Thanks!!!
I called my doctor and there was a delay and he will be getting my test results tomorrow. He will call me then.

I took my test on a Monday and had the results by Thursday. YOu should call your doctor. Good luck!
ETA: They may not call you if its negative and everything is OK- I would call them.

I got my results 3 days after the test. Your test is probably negative that's why you doc hasn't called you. I would give them a call.
