I would see a CSW who specializes in Anxiety and dealing with illness and talk to them.
I just started this process as I had started having anxiety issues as a side effect from my heart surgery and meds. It has helped A LOT.
Sorry you are going though this.

I also have RA...since I was 13. I always feel tired, always...I'm sure the stress of all this has just put you in a rut.
I usually get extremely moody and when I'm tired I can really snap.
