Sandals Inn Jamaica
So my best friends sister is getting married at Sandals Inn Jamaica in November, and Beth asked me to go with her! I am soooooo excited!!!!! We have to pretend we're a same sex couple when we check in, but whatever it's Jamaica!!! Do you guys have any suggestions on where to go, where to eat, what to do. Right now I know I want to snorkle, drink, and swim, and Beth wants to go horseback riding. HELP!!!! I need some ideas. Joe's excited because now he's going to Colorado to visit friends while i'm gone. We're all going to get our passports in 2wks. I'm so excited!!!!! TIA

I didn't think Sandals allowed same sex couples at their resorts.

They do now........For the record I am married to my husnad Joe and Beth is my best friend. Her sister is getting marrie at a Sandals and we do not want to pay $100 each to be on the property for the wedding. It is the best option for us to share a room. About 1yr ago Sandals opened the policy from man woman to woman woman or man man. This is not a romantic vacation but just a girls week to celebrate a wedding....

I went to Sandals Ocho Rios in January and I was suprised at all of the non couples staying there. These resorts have so many weddings that more and more people are staying there that are not couples. I met many people that where mother and son and or father and daughter just there for weddings. Lots of same sex couples. You will be fine  have lots of fun and relax its beautiful!

I wasn't implying anything, I just meant that I didn't think the resort allowed same sex couples to stay there. I understood that you were going with your friend for the wedding.

 Sorry that was a bit harsh Do you have any suggestions on waht to do or what are some good places to eat at the Sandals Jamaica resorts? I know you "stay at 1 and play at all" so where should I go eat or what should I do???

we went to Sandels Royal something in jamaica LOVED IT sandels is great. the one thing that we did because every one said you had to do was Dunes River Fall- we both didnt like it, but to each is own...
