Does this look like....
someone on a "diet?"
I am really loving cooking lately! On core I can cook the way I want - by eye  I made whole wheat penne and meatballs tonight in a homemade sauce (and yes that is garlic!!  ). I also made my favorite double pea soup and I can't wait to eat it tommorow  Image Attachment(s):

I just got my friend to do core with me (so we have someone "to report to"  )
there werent any CORE people on here a while ago, yayy, im glad youre on core also !!
keep up the great work !
I also toss in FF cottage cheese to give me my cheese craving with the pasta.
CORE IS AWESOME !

I started doing it the end of January and I am in love too!
For lunch I had the soup I made and with it I had some yellow plaintains that I just sprinkled with salt and broiled on both sides. I almost cried from the happiness of it all
I love to eat and feel so hungry all the time this is really the right plan for me.
We should totally start a corbie thread for tips and recipes!

DISCLAIMER: This was a happy accident. I will have to repeat this a couple of more times and report back if this is a viable recipe
I took out some frozen raspberries I had in the freezer from TJ to eat as a snack. But I was super hungry and they weren't defrosting enough. So I threw them in the food processor to mash them up a bit. Then I had the bright idea to throw in the 0% fat Fage greek yogurt I had in the fridge (greek yogurt has a thicker, creamier consistency than regular yogurt for those who don't know).
So I had I'd say about 2 cups frozen raspberries (slightly defrosted) and I'd say about 1/2-3/4 cup of yogurt in the processor mixing. I tasted it and then decided to add some splenda to the mixture.
It tasted like sorbet to me because the raspberries made it so cold and the yogurt made it thick. Next time I make it, I think I will pack some in a tupperware and stick in the freezer and try it that way.
