Big Cupcake Pan

Just wanted to post a picture of the big cupcake using the Wilton Pan that I had made for a baby shower at work...
External Image

ETA:
I used one box of devils food mix made with 1 cup of milk, 1/3 cup softened butter and 4 eggs instead of the normal box directions and baked for about 45 minutes at 325. (I had to cover the "frosting" side with foil around the half hour mark since the top was starting to get very brown but the bottom part wasn't done yet!)
Making it with these ingredients made more of a pound-cake type of cake that held together really nicely when we sliced it.

Re: Big Cupcake Pan

That looks so good. How many boxes of cake mix did you have to use? It looks huge.

We cut it into very thin slices like a normal cake and surprisingly they held together very nicely!
