Question...
How many times a day do puppies normally go #2? I forgot to ask the vet and my new puppy has gone 4x already today and I'm sure she will go again! Seems like alot to me and I just want to make sure all is ok! Thanks!!

I barely remember but a few times
poopie timing is sooo crazy when they are pups...So i would wait a few days and see
PLUS they were just on the plane and all...
give a few days and see

in the beginning she went alot - def. after every meal, so about 3 or 4 times a day.

my two dogs are not puppies, one is almost 4 and she'll poop 3-5 times a day.
My puggle who is 1 1/2 poops 2 or 3 times a day.
You could try changing their food to a lamb and rice formula....we did that with Bailey (the older one) when we questioned our vet about her pooping so much. They told us to switch and it made quite the difference

My dog will poop every time I take him for a walk - be it twice (minimum) three or four times...and he's 10!

Bama pooped a LOT when he was a puppy. And even now, at 1 1/2 years old, he poops around 5 times a day (sometimes in the morning he's a double pooper  )
Puppies have fast metabolisms, so I wouldn't worry.

Misty will poop at least four times a day, usually more, and she is 14 months.
