can i just get some hugs
i've been ill all week with an upper resp. virus (please don't move to health board) and when I went to the doctor earlier this week he did bloodwork and I just found out I'm full blown anemic my hemoglobin is very low dropped even more than the last time and if iron pills don't help and I don't get better I might need to have a blood transfusion
This is probably why I have been getting sick so much too and been feeling drained all the time.
I really could use some hugs and maybe some prayers as well.

so sorry you are not feelign well.
I hope the iron pills help. If not and you need a transfusion, don't worry, they just give you blood. It will make you feel better. Also ask your doctor to give you b12 shots.

I am always very anemic. Just eat some red meat and some beans and maybe start having a protein shake a few times per week and you'l be fine. Why do you need a transfusion? I'e never hear of hemoglobin being low waranting a transfusion, it is usuallt when your H&H is ow that you may require transfusion

I am always very anemic. Just eat some red meat and some beans and maybe start having a protein shake a few times per week and you'l be fine. Why do you need a transfusion? I'e never hear of hemoglobin being low waranting a transfusion, it is usuallt when your H&H is ow that you may require transfusion
he told me mine dropped more since last bloodwork and since i've been so exhausted and dizzy all the time if iron pills doesnt bring it up then next option is transfusion.
i havent eaten redmeat in years

can you try to eat some red beans and spinach? maybe that would help
