is One if by Land Two if by Sea worth it?
I have never been there, believe it or not and always felt that one should really go there at least once, on a special occasion. Kind of like one should go the top of the Empire state building at least once. (never been there either, btw)
I am wondering if we should go there for our 5th anniversary that is this weekend...
ANyone been? How is the food?

DH took me there years ago and we have excellent memories of it. The food was very good. In my opinion it is worth it.

I thought it was overrated as well. It's like an engagement factory. Everyone there was getting engaged!
There are better, quieter and nicer places..JMO

Dh and I went with my parents for their 35th anniversary- I thought the place was very pretty inside- the service was just okay, and honestly, I did not enjoy my dinner-either did my mother...the appetizers were very good, but the entree was not good- Dh and dad liked theirs though...
therefore- overrated. We won't go back

I loved the ambiance-but I can't recall my food. I would go again. They generally participate in restaurant week, you can get a good deal if you go then.

We have decided to go somewhere else. I do feel like it is overrated and the food might just not be so great anymore.
May be we can try it during restaurant week... Just to get an experience and put a check mark next to the name.
