Re: Ham ???
I always mix up a sweet glaze. I do it to taste but all that is in it is water, brown sugar and mustard. It tastes soooooo good. I bake it at 350 for about 18 minutes per pound. I pour the glaze on and cover with foil. I reglaze as needed. So good. This is how my grandmother and mom cook it also....

Re: Ham ???
I did a recipe from a magazine and you boil the ham for like an hour, put the glaze on and then bake it. I will have a look for it during my lunch.

Re: Ham ???
For future reference, I usually prefer cooking with the shank portion. It's a little bigger but it's easier to carve. I'm making ham for Easter as well. I use a glaze made with whole berry cranberry sauce and orange juice concentrate. There might be brown sugar as well. Make sure you save the bone. YOu can use it to make split pea or lentil soup.
