Spinach dip & cut up green bagels to dip in it. Most bagel stores will have them that day. Brocolli, snap peas & celery are good too.
Guacamole & chips.

Most supermarkets usually have Pistachio Muffins around this time..they are "greenish".
Some type of Jello mold?
Veggie Shish-Ke-bob (sp?) using only green veggies.
Chips and Onion Dip using food coloring to make it green.

You could make cookies and put Green food coloring in the dough.

I know your party passed but I just wanted to add a few ideas, maybe for next year. My husband and I had a party on Saturday and some of our friends brought VERY creative and excellent things, so I thought that I would share the ideas.
-Instead of Black and White cookies, my friend brought black and green cookies
-Dirt cake with green sprinkles and decorations
-I dipped fruit in green colored chocolate
-My friend and I made green & orange Jell-O shots (with the green we used SoCo, like SoCo and Lime; and with the orange we used Vanilla Vodka, like a creamsicle)
-Irish Soda Bread
-I had donuts holes with green sprinkles
-I put out spinach dip
We had other things there but those were the "green" related things.
