Irish Lunch
I'm having my Irish in laws over for lunch this Sunday. I'd like to gear the menu towards Irish fare. They'll be 25 of us here including children.
Any suggestions on what to serve?

corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, rye bread, soda bread...
lamb stew
fish and chips
eta...I just looked up the menu at an irish pub...and they had this listed
Guinness Braised Pot Roast - tender braised beef in a rich beer infused sauce with potato mash and root vegetables.

I posted a link to a recipe on your other thread. You could make twice hte recipe for this many ppl, but don't jsut double the recipe - the ingredients will sweat, not sautee....make it twice and either use 2 pans or one big one
you can do all the potatoes at once
