DH diet !!!
My DH asked me the other day if they was something he could eat to keep his sperm healthy In my head i wanted to laugh bc i thought it was a funny question so i told him i would check.... any suggestions???

I have heard that eating Vegetarian Style(Meaning no red meat,or poultry)can result in healthy sperm!
This is only hear say,nothing reliable
