for WW experts-breastfeeding related
i know that ww allows lactating moms more points to have enough calories for milk production. i have read though, that it's not enough for moms that are nursing multiples.
does anyone know more about this? or where i can find more info about this? i have tried to search the ww website and i can't find info.
i am nursing twins and don't want to jeopardize my nursing relationships, but i can't take my weight anymore.

Re: for WW experts-breastfeeding related
i'm certainly no expert on WW or on BFing (especially multiples!!!) but i would try taking the recommended number of points for a nursing mom and adding another 10. this will add 500 calories to your diet to compensate for BFing the second child.
you can tweak it from there. if you aren't losing the weight, you can try eating fewer points, but if your supply starts to drop you can add more points on. kwim?
