So, I know that if you eat just one carrot its zero points, but 2 are 1.5 points, etc. Same with lots of other veggies. So, should I be adding points if I have multiple "zero" point servings sizes of different veggies in a single meal?

Sorry for all the questions -- I'm doing it online so I don't have a leader to ask!

I don't. I do the same thing with fruit. Only if it is the same I will count it if it is more then zero points. HTH!

Veggies are free. When you go online, they add points, but they shouldn't--it's a glitch in the system. Nobody got fat from eating carrotts.

I think corn does add up though in points, and so do beets. But otherwise, have as many veggies as you wantChat Icon
