if i ran out of time/room i would not make the lasagna but i am not italian, nor do i normally celebrate easter, so my thinking might be skewed.

see now, the lasagna is actually the easiest for me b/c I can make the sauce tomorrow...then all I have to do it put it together.

the risotto is a task master...you have to be on it stirring fairly constantly, until it's done.

and if anyone wants to come to brooklyn...dinner is a 4. promptly Chat Icon

Re: Is this too much

I always make my lasagna the night before. I like having all the different ingredients sit together overnight. I think it tastes so much better. Chat Icon
