Not losing any weight!
I got the ok to start exercising again 2 weeks ago. I workout 2x a day, 6 days a week and have not lost one single pound! What am I doing wrong? I'm breastfeeding so I have to eat a good amount each day but I'm not overeating or anything. This is getting so frustrating.

Re: Not losing any weight!
Muscle weighs more than fat....most likely toning up, gaining muscle...which wont make the scale move much.
How do your clothes fit? You prob lost inches.

Re: Not losing any weight!
I BF also. I feel like my body really hangs on to the weight a lot more than pre-baby/BFing.
During the time frame you're talking about I remember my weight staying the same on the scale and then dropping weight right around 11/12wks PP again. (I also wasn't really exercising much.) My body was also getting smaller during that time, but for some reason it didn't translate into pounds lost.
Currently I'm still 15 lbs above my pre-PG weight. However, I do believe that some of it is muscle I've gained from carrying my 15 lb plus DS around.
GL It's a tough road, but if you stick with it you'll persevere

Aside from converting fat to muscle which won't show on the scale, I would make sure you are eating enough. I imagine two work daily outs and BFing requires quite a bit of calories.

give the BFing some time. I can't remember which week PP it started, but it will begin to melt off.
as for exercising. Make sure you are working up a sweat (get your heartrate uP)
