I know you can have your eggs spun out or something like that. I actually was a nanny for a woman who did this to make sure she had a girl. I, personally, find this very disturbing.

We did use the WebMD try for a boy option on the first baby. There is some medical background to it. Supposedly Y chromosome sperm swim faster but last for a shorter period of time. X chromosome sperm last longer but are slower.
