Is there a herbal remedy to bring on AF?

I really don't want to take provera for 10 days, wait 4 to get my period, and then 6 for the period and then 12 to do the next IUI...

When I was a senior in HS I was going to Cancun, the week that AF was supposed to come. My friends mom gave me some tablets of Humphreys 11 and AF came the next day. You might want to check that out

I don't know of any but if you find one I am curious to know.

Acupuncture can sometimes bring it on.

Did your doctor give you a progesterone test after the IUI at about 7 dpIUI ? Did you have a trigger shot given ?

I am asking all these questions because if you did ovulate, you should be getting AF. You could have a corpus luteum cyst, though...that would delay AF from showing. Ask your RE for a sonogram because AF hasn't shown.

If you are taking progesterone suppositories that will also delay AF. I have to stop them for AF to show, and then she rears her ugly head 4 days later after the use.

Yes, I was on progesterone supps for 16 days. I stopped them once I got the BFN. I just want AF to come because if I have to take provera, that is 10 more days of torture!

I heard about Humphreys..I wonder if they still sell it in the stores. I must go and check this out.

I have used accupunture before my guy is on vacation right now!

You shouldn't take provera if you ovulated. You will get AF, probably, within the next 3-5 days since you just stopped the progesterone
