UPDATE...I DID IT in 2 HOURS!!!! After a year off from big races, this weekend....
I am running the ING Georgia Half marathon!  in hopefully under 2 hours!
I am not only excited about getting back out there...but I have managed to train without knee pain, an achilles issue, physical therapy and ice ice ice after every run! You know what this means: NYC Marathon...looks like we will be meeting again this fall!
YAY
The other fun part is I am running with a guy I like very much!!

I ran a 2 hour half marathon!!!!!
My lower shin hurt most of the race...but I managed to get my time...I thought I didn't have a chance. I am exausted but feel great.
I leave tomorrow early morning for NYC...no working out for me ... im taking the week off! Wooo Hooo....sleepin in, in the big apple!
