medication that affects birth control
im supposed to start a new bc pack on sunday.
ill be on antibiotics until next saturday.
since the meds affect the birth control, should i just wait another week before i start my new pill pack? or will the negative effect from the meds go away once i stop taking them?

You should check with the pharmacist but I thought most antibiotics had affects on BC.

Most medications affect BCP pills...also some antibiotics keep working in your body even after you have finished taking them and still may affect your BCP

you should continue your BCP as normal
but use a backup method for 1 month
