Does anybody go to a chiropractor?

I hadn't been to my chiro in a while, but I just started going back about a month and a half ago because of these persistant headaches that I keep getting. Up until recently, I wasn't too concerned with anything happening to the baby because I was still small, but now that I'm 5 months and popping a little, it worries me that what he's doing might be bad. The only thing that he does that I'm not sure about is when I lie on my side, and he pushes down on my hip (so that my hip is twisting). I'm not sure if twisting my body like that is good.

I'm just wondering if any of you have talked to your OB about this, or if your chiropractor has done anything different with you when you get adjusted.

I went to a chiro thru out my whole pregnancy. Once I was about 4-5 months he wouldn't do the full hip twist move, he did a modified straight leg strech, but that didn't really get the same cracks. Also they had a special table that the belly part dropped down so I could lay comfortably without any pressure on my belly. Also only used heat pads on my back.........I think it is ok to go since they are specially trained to deal with preggo women!

Ok, thanks! I guess next week when I go back I'll tell him that I'm not really comfortable with the hip twist. I just feel like the baby is getting squished!
