I had Core Secrets -- it was great but I really wasn't into working out then like I am now. I had to deflate my ball because I have no room! That's the only suky part

i have yoga booty ballet that i like. i also like tae-bo, but the old ones on vhs. i have others but i don't like them.

One of my friends swears by The Firm. It really is a good work out. Lots of cardio and it shows you arms butt and stomach.

for cardio (kickboxing) I like Turbo Jam. The Kick Punch & Jam from that series is pretty good. I also like Cathe Friedrich's Kick Punch & Crunch. She has the best videos out there. Really hardcore stuff.
