spinich tortelloni
So i bought a bag of the ricotta and spinich tortelloni by barilla and it has been sitting in my cabinet for a month i don't know what kind of sauce to use with it, i am only good with red sauce
so can anyone recommend a sauce you would use with spinich tortelloni thanks

Cook them in Chicken broth and eat them as a soup sprinkled with a lttle pecorino.
