Can I still temp if ...
I can't take my temp at the same time each day? Also, I am up a lot during the night with my 9 month old. Will this affect my temps? We are not TTC yet, but I would like to start getting to "know" my cycle. Thanks in advance!

You need to have at least 4 hours sleep and temp at the same time every day. It's important to set an alarm for the same time every morning.

Thank you! Taking it at the same time shouldn't be a problem, Its the 4 hours of sleep prior that I'm worried about. Thanks again.
