How to Relieve Ear Pressure?
Last week it started with a bad cough. The my nose was really congested. Then for the last few days I've been ok with the exception of having to blow my nose every few minutes. But tonight all of a sudden my head feel like it will explode. How to do I relieve the pressure that I feel and quick? Think I need to go to a doctor?

sudafed is the only thing that works for me. I have a double ear infection right now and nothing is working to relieve the pressure and I'm miserable. My dr. told me today that a warm compress behind the lower ear will help, too. We shall see. Good luck!!

tylenol cold/congestion works great! cleared me up in 3 days. u get it behind the paharmacy counter. it really works wonders. also, there is an herbal ear drop which helps as well. feel better

I hold my nose with my fingers and blow against them to clear my eustachian tubes.
It's so nice when I don't feel like I'm underwater anymore.

no, that's good..it means is clearing up...can you hear better?
so so...definately not so much underwater anymore.
