Re: Tonight I made....

Here ya go

1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)

1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix cheese, salad dressing mix and garlic powder.
2. MOISTEN chicken with water; coat with cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish.
3. BAKE 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

You can just double the mixture if you have more chicken.

I think I made a veggie and rice!
But anything would go with it on the side!

Re: Tonight I made....

I had leftover potatoes from our seder. They went really well with the chicken!
