Not saying mine is flat, it's far from it, but in the past I was able to flatten my tummy by doing pilates 4-5 times a week, for about 20-30 minutes.

Diet diet diet and high inpack ab exercies..
you can STILL eat carbs and sugar in moderation......

Honestly though, when I skip a meal or eat less for a day or two I have no stomach. My normal working out 5x a week, spin, yoga, 20+ miles of running a week, doesn't get it as flat!! Sad but true!

Pilates and NO carbs (basically phase 1 of South Beach). Always works for me

Cardio, watching what I eat and having my mother always telling me my whole life to suck my stomach in. I swear it helps to keep your belly flat!!
