Water aerobics?
Anyone go to water aerobics? Where do you go and how much is it? Thank you in advance!

After Saturday's meeting, I had been giving some thought to this as well. I have not yet called, but Saf-t-swim locations do offer hydro-aerobic classes:

I am in Suffolk and would love to go as well. since I got diagnosed with Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis in my knees I can really do impact anymore
