stage 3 disc deterioration

do you have or have had it?

i just found out i have it in my neck and i am very scared. i afound out from my chiropractor and i need the adjustments for my back but am worried to do it with my neck. i had a hysterectomy 8 years ago and am worried. i know as time goes on i am at risk for bone problems but i am 32 any advice? what helps? TIA

I don't know anything about your condition but I am also 32 and have beginning arthritis in my neck and shoulders - and I can tell it's throughout my body even though they didn't check. I thought I was too young for bone problems also I hope you're able to find something that helps!

what it means is that 2 of my disc are starting to come together and i lost 50 % of that disc.
