AF question kinda TMI
So AF was almost 2 weeks late as is behaving rather abnormal, well at least for my cycle.
First off I spotted for 2 days with brown discharge, usually i spot for about 2-3hours like this b4 she comes full force. Now that she's come along, She's very dark, chunky and shiny. It's the shiny part that bothers me, and the chunky part as well. I looks almost as if there is a glaze over the blood.
Any thoughts??

sounds like a a heavy flow with some clotting. Have you had any dietary or exercise changes? I find that these can affect my cycle.

Not really, which is why I find it weird. I started my diet/exercise stuff after AF was late so I know it wasnt that.
Maybe my cycle is just changing? I just find it odd.
