I lived on yogurt!!! That is how I got most of my calcium in.. Stay away from the ones that have the Aspartame...

I eat two kinds of yogurt everday. One with lunch and one at night (the custard kind), instead of ice cream, so it better be ok to eat!!!

I love the fruit on the bottom yogurt, I cut out artificial sweetners after I had my BFP, the dannon ones are my fav!

I eat it all the time, I just don't get the diet ones or Dannon Light and Fit because i am trying to stay away from Spelnda and asperteme.
