please dont laugh...but i have to ask
I have been seroiusly trying to lose the last of my baby weight for about 6 months now...(about 10 lbs) With little to no results.
Well...
3 days ago I stopped taking my flinstones and switched to a Women's Mutli Vitamin. I haven't changed my eating or drinking habits.
I think that the vitamin is causing me to urinate more frequently...and in return lose weight. I have lost 4 lbs since Tuesday.
Has anyone else ever have this type of an effect from a vitamin? I should note the vitamin is NOT a hunger depressent in anyway...its just your basic mutli vitamin.

omg...i'm sorry...but i did chuckle a little!! Flintstones? I guess you can laugh at me now though, b/c I don't even take vitamins!! 
so the multi-vit. made you lose weight!!?? thats great!!! congrats!! maybe i'll start taking them!! what brand are you taking???

Thank you...Im very happy about the weight lose...Im just curious why is happening all of a sudden when I have been trying so long with no results

Danielle, are you crazy?!? You weigh as much as a ruler!! Girl, seriously, you look amazing. You are the only person I've ever seen who had zero change from pre to post pregnancy.

I started taking the flinstones when I was preggo...because the pre natal made me sick...so my doc told me to take 2 flinstones a day instead

lol....Ken always tells me that I hide it well...he is always shocked when he see's how much I actually weigh on the scale...and I definalty weigh more now then pre pregnancy

I take Flinstones too, my Ob/GYn put me on them they do not make me sick like other prenatals.

Maybe it contains a lot of b-12, which helps with water retention?
