Ice Cream - hands down Unfortunately, it is a staple in my diet. Usually I try to have it in small portions though.

See my problem is I don't see anything as "cheats" because I just have everything in moderation. The only thing I don't have in moderation is alcohol when I do drink.
I should also add cookies. They are my ULTIMATE weakness
