Need strange baking help...
on friday, it is one of the guys in my offices birthday. he's not a sweets guy, but he is a BIG drinker. I want to somehow bake cupcakes and then stick mini bottles of liquor into the middle of them. how can i bake the cupcakes, while leaving a hold in the middle?

I would bake them without the bottles in...then when they have cooled...that an apple corer and take out the center of the cupcake and then put the bottle into it
use a tool like this

they make mini bundt cake pans...you could buy one of those and then make mini bundt cakes and put the little bottles in the center...
