low carb sushi?
can anyone suggest any low carb sushi? we have a lunch today and i dont know what to get - i'd like to stay away from the rice/rolls (even though i love them)

A place that I frequent makes a couple of rolls without rice. They are delish! They are rolled in cucumber. Maybe they'll have something like that.

We have these often. I "think" they are called Naruto rolls. Not all places make them though. But even if they aren't on the menu, you could still ask for them. A good sushi chef would know how to make them.
And as suggested, sashimi is always another option.
