packing toiletries for a flights
I haven't been on the plane in 4 years... 
How do I pack my toiletries: lotions, toners, all those liquid things? I don't want to check anything in. I will only be going for 3 days and will fit everything in a small carry -on.
Does anyone have any experience with this?

everything has to be in containers that are 3 oz or smaller. you also have to separate all that stuff into a quart size (or smaller) ziploc bag. or you could just buy stuff or use the hotel stuff when you get there...

The 3ox bottles are only need though if you are carrying those items on the plane. If you are going to check your bag you can bring any size you want. Since the regulations changed I have been checking all my bags.

I have to pack and check all of my toiletries...the sizes they allow are not enough for me for a day, never mind a week...

Also if you have to carry-on and you're worried about running out of products, pack several of each liquid item as long as they're all 3oz or smaller and all fit in the ziploc bag.
I usually pack atleast two travel shampoos and two travel conditioners so I don't run out.

I use the shampoo and conditioner supplied by the hotel....I dont worry about packing my own stuff
