Colace....You can also ask your dr. for a pre - natal that has a stool softener in it.

I took Colase. It worked good for me because its was a gradual help...it didn't make me "run" to the bathroom after a few hours.

make sure you call your dr before taking something though
I am not one for meds, but I haven't been stopped up at all. Instead of meds, sometimes a diet change can help
Drink lots of water, get your fiber from fruits veggies, bran, and make sure you get your oils. What helps alot is to go when you feel the need, don't hold it, sometimes you "lose that window"
