Barbecue recipes anyone?

I want to make chicken and steak on the barbecue. What seasonings/ sauces/marinades do you use?

Chicken:
garlic salt and melted butter
terryaki(?) sauce
lime juice, salt, garlic

Steak:
salt and peper
A-1 and garlic

worshetchire(?), salt, garlic, mushrooms, green peppers

I mix some soy sauce, minced garlic, parsley and melted butter and brush it on my chicken before I grill it

i put chicken in a gallon ziplock with lime juice, tequilla, 4-5 cloves of pressed garlic and a little chopped cilantro. Refrigerate for about an hour (or longer if you want) and grill away. I continue to baste with the marinade until chicken is done.

for chicken, I like to marinate it in a little vegetable oil, lemon juice, cumin, garlic (minced), salt & pepper.

also, there are a TON of marinades that you can buy in the supermarket that are delicious! Mrs. Dash makes pretty good marinades too.

for chicken and steak i love the goya chipoltle mojo marinade, it's a little spicy! but i love spicy!

and we always use montreal seasoning!
