Fruit Dip Recipe
Was at a BBQ yesterday and someone made a very interesting dip that they brought over with fruit - sounds kind of weird, but actually really good!
All it was:
sour cream (16 oz) vanilla instant pudding (or can use lemon)
pineapple juice
it had a sweet and sour taste - she told me that you just pour the pudding mix into the sour cream, mix it up, and put in enough pineapple juice to make it a little liquidy.
I am definitely going to make it this summer - of course, I'll try light sour cream and it will prob taste gross!
Just thought I'd share!
