8 wk boot camp at powerhouse gym

i am not a member of the gym but a friend told me that powerhouse gym in east setauket is holding a grand opening this weekend. they are also starting a 8 wk bootcamp this week. i think the days are mon, wed and thurs starting at 7pm. you can select 1, 2 or all 3 nights. price per class is $20 and open to everyone. not 100% sure but i assume that you have to pay for the classes upfront (8 weeks). you meet with a nutritionist each week and body fat as well as weight is measured and recorded to track progress.

went today and got the info. again, don't have to be a member to join the bootcamp. classes are offered several days a week and you select the day. $160 for 8 weeks. if you miss a week you can double the next week (2 days instead of one). sessions start this week.
